The exceptional location of the Rimac vineyard, the precise biodynamic management, the triple thinning of the grapes, and the weather conditions of the 2020 vintage have led to the taste consistency of the Angel Barbera 2020. The harvest of the Barbera, which was done by hand, took place on September 22. The grapes were then sorted into 15 kg boxes. After a 15-day maceration, the wine matured 50% in new and 50% in used 225l oak barrels.
