1 Shipping and delivery times

All prices include the statutory VAT if applicable to the respective dealer (Please note in this context the legal regulation and information for small businesses of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber). 

The shipping costs for all items may vary and are determined by the individual seller on SHOMUGO itself. The amount of the shipping fee or individual shipping costs depend on the product category, value of goods and shipping destination. You can view the costs incurred at any time on the corresponding product page and in the shopping cart before the immediate purchase. If you order an item, the total costs for the respective item will be clearly displayed again in the order overview.

1.1 Shipping costs for orders

All orders placed on SHOMUGO websites and their sub-online stores will be shipped directly by the responsible merchant/seller or by their partners. You can find detailed information about the respective costs and delivery conditions on the product and dealer pages.

1.2 Delivery times for orders

The delivery time of the items we offer is displayed on the product page. If you order items that will be delivered by a shipping company, they will contact you again to arrange a specific delivery date with you.

All sellers make every effort to ship the items from receipt of the order in the time period indicated on the product pages. Please note any deviating shipping information due to production time, delivery difficulties or the like. If you have any questions about the shipping of your order, please contact the seller directly.

1.3 Where is the order?

The respective seller is responsible for the shipment and any follow-up of your order. If the announced delivery date is already significantly exceeded and your order still has not arrived, please contact the seller directly.

2. Delivery

2.1 Which parcel service does SHOMUGO use?

At SHOMUGO you can choose one of the offered shipping services, which is provided by the respective seller. Bulky and heavy items are usually delivered by a shipping company which is associated with higher shipping costs. Please understand that for some sellers it is not possible to select a specific shipping company, so this is automatically handled by our system. 

2.2 Can delivery be made to any country?

Whether the desired item can be delivered to your address, please refer to the shipping options on the respective product page. By entering your destination address, you will - if shipping is possible - the respective costs of delivery / delivery output. 

If, contrary to expectations, shipping is not possible, please contact the respective seller to find a solution. Products are shipped only to regions specified by the seller. If shipping to a particular address is not possible, this will be indicated to you at the respective product and in the last step of the ordering process.

2.3 What is the delivery method for shipping goods?

As soon as you order an item that will be shipped by carrier, the respective seller or its carrier will contact you as soon as possible. In doing so, it is important that you provide your phone number when ordering so that they can contact you. Please note that delivery by freight forwarding is always free curbside.

2 Pickup (PickUp)

Some retailers offer the possibility of personal pickup for some products. Whether an item can be picked up using PickUp is shown on the product page under "Delivery Options" and during the payment process and can be selected separately depending on the merchant.

Please note that the "PickUp" option may result in different delivery times and/or shipping costs. Each dealer/seller is responsible for the respective price marking.

2.1 Which products can be picked up in person?

Whether and which items can be picked up personally from a dealer is up to the dealer himself. Please contact the respective dealer directly for further information. In this context, please note that a dealer can only offer and prepare its own products for pickup. If you have purchased additional products from other dealers, their delivery/delivery or pickup conditions apply.

2.2 How soon will my order be ready for pickup?

This varies from retailer to retailer. On the respective product page is usually a note on direct pickup and its preparation time. If you have any questions about the duration and scheduling, please contact the dealer/seller directly.

2.3 How long is my order reserved/ready for me?

This period also varies from dealer to dealer. Please contact the dealer/seller directly if you have any questions about duration and scheduling.

2.4 How can I postpone a pick-up date?

Please inform the respective dealer/seller directly and immediately if you cannot keep a pick-up appointment. In the course of this, a new date can be arranged.

2.5 What do I need to bring with me for a collection?

It is up to the respective dealer which information is necessary for a pickup. Basically, an order confirmation should be sufficient. For any further information about the pickup, please contact the dealer/seller directly.
