You can easily set up a new password if you want to change your old one for security reasons or if you have forgotten your password. The password for your account is valid for all Shomugo marketplaces and Shomugo stores. You can find more information about this on our help page.
Enter the e-mail address stored in your customer account and then click on Reset password. You will receive an email with further information. Please check your spam folder if no email arrives within the next 5 minutes.
