Product details

The Gordia PetNat Rosé, one of the coolest PetNats from Slovenian Istria. This natural sparkling wine is extremely creamy and approachable. Even for non-sparkling wine drinkers, this is a new experience with immense drinkability. A PetNat with soft bubbles and well-balanced acidity that harmonizes with a wide range of dishes! The base grape varieties for this Rosé PetNat are Istrian Refosk, Merlot, and Syrah.

This natural sparkling wine presents itself with a harmonious balance of fruitiness, spice, and freshness. In the glass, it unfolds a scent of red fruits, on the palate, it shows some minerality and softness, paired with subtle acidity.

This wine is a delight for connoisseurs of natural, unsulfured sparkling wines and an expression of old craftsmanship and tradition. It enriches the palate with every sip.

Recommended Enjoyment Moments

The Gordia PetNat Rosé is an ideal start to an unforgettable event and a variety of dishes. With traditional Mediterranean dishes such as grilled fish or seafood, but also with heartier holiday dishes (ham, roast, turkey), this sparkling wine unfolds its full potential. Serve the PetNat Rosé at a temperature of about 9 - 10°C to showcase its optimal qualities.

The wine should ideally be stored in a wine refrigerator. The optimal storage temperature is between 8 and 9°C.
