You have the temporary permission to send us unsolicited submissions in the form of advertising for your products, cooperation inquiries, or partnership inquiries. For this purpose, a separate email mailbox has been set up, which you can reach at office@shomugo.com. With this mailbox, the recipient's temporary consent for the receipt of informational material is allowed until revoked. Any revocation means that no further submissions or contacts may occur from the date of disclosure.

The protection of your personal and personal data is of particular concern to us. For this reason, we process your data exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003) and within the necessary scope. If you contact us via the form on the website or via email, your provided data will be stored with us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not disclose this data without your consent.


Data storage during the purchase process and contract processing

We would like to point out that, for the purpose of easier shopping and subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner, as well as the name, address, and credit card number […] of the buyer in cookies.

The data provided and transmitted by you are required for service provision and contract fulfillment, as well as for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. A transmission of the transmitted data to third parties does not occur, with the exception of the transmission of any payment data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting a purchase or service, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, as well as to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.

After aborting the purchase process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period (7 years).

The data name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will also be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the DSGVO.
