Hemp Happy Mind by CBD VITAL is a unique formula of selected micronutrients and plant ingredients. The amino acid L-tryptophan is a building material needed for the body's own formation of serotonin. 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) functions as a direct precursor of serotonin and is obtained from the black bean (Griffonia). Activated B vitamins (ideally dosed) are optimally absorbed by the body and are important for normal nerve function. The effectiveness of the saffron extract (Saffr' Activ®) contained in the capsules to reduce stress and mild mental problems has been confirmed in several clinical studies.
