The product search is available at the top of every page. With a click on the icon with the magnifying glass a search with the entered search word is triggered. You can even specify beforehand whether a certain category should be searched.
In order for a result to be found, the respective search term should be found in the item number, in the title or in the description.
Basically SHOMUGO is offered in German language. As a secondary language we currently realize English. A language selection can be made at any time via the menu at the top and a click on the German or American flag.
The search supports the input or search for a dealer. Try to enter a search word first. If the results are too different, then add the search word.
If the search for your dealer is unsuccessful, it is possible that your dealer is not yet present on SHOMUGO. You can easily change this by telling her/him about SHOMUGO.
At the SHOMUGO marketplace you can find all products and services of the participating merchants. The infrastructure, i.e. the technology and the basic layout is provided by SHOMUGO. Each dealer runs his own (sub-)online store on it.
Every merchant can run their very own and individual online store under SHOMUGO. Product photos, descriptions, prices and delivery options are entirely the responsibility of the merchant.
We provide support 365 days a year with security measures, system updates, ready-made notifications, import/export and much more. As a result, every merchant can take care of his products and services instead of technology and its tasks and costs.

All customer data (except payment information) is stored centrally on SHOMUGO and is only released to the respective merchant in the course of an order. You do not have to register with countless online stores and manage your data. If your address has changed, log on to a SHOMUGO marketplace or a participating sub-shop and change it. Very simple.
You can view your orders after a successful login under the menu item "Orders". Note that you can see all orders in your account, regardless of where they were placed.
Please log in with your access data and then click on "My profile". In the section "Shipping address" you can create, manage or delete additional profiles.
If you want to cancel an order, please click on "Questions about the product" in the respective order. These requests will be sent directly to the respective retailers, who can then arrange a cancellation if necessary.
A refund or return is only possible in compliance with certain regulations (Consumer Protection Act, etc.). If this applies to your order, you can initiate a replacement or return under your respective order.
To do this, please fill out the relevant form in as much detail as possible so that the respective retailer can understand your situation and take the correct steps.
All shipping costs on SHOMUGO are set individually by each merchant. The respective conditions and costs are displayed twice on the corresponding product page and at checkout, based on the delivery address.
