Since 1998 under the leadership of Evangelos Paraschos, a winemaker active since 1979, the family business embodies a deep connection to tradition and nature. At Paraschos, wine is more than a product – it is a philosophy of life. The vineyards reflect a sustainable approach: Chemical fertilizers and pesticides are taboo. Instead, organic fertilizers are used, and the vines are allowed to follow their natural growth rhythm, resulting in deeply rooted plants. In the cellar built in 2003, only the best grapes are handpicked and processed in open vats to make use of the antioxidants in the skins.
