Even for non-sparkling wine drinkers, this is a new experience with incredible drinkability. A PetNat with soft bubbles and well-balanced acidity that pairs well with a wide variety of dishes! The base grape varieties for this white PetNat are the Istrian Malvazija and the international grape variety Chardonnay. This natural sparkling wine presents a harmonious balance of fruitiness, minerality, and freshness. In the glass, it reveals a scent of exotic fruits, while on the palate it shows some minerality and softness, paired with subtle acidity.
