| The Gordia Light Orange Cuvee is a versatile companion to a variety of dishes. It pairs particularly well with Mediterranean cuisine. Its soft structure and minimal acidity make it an ideal partner for grilled fish and seafood, pasta, pizza, minestrone, as well as prosciutto and salami. Serve the Light Orange at a temperature of about 14 - 15°C to bring out its best qualities. The wine should be stored in a cool place, ideally in a wine fridge. The optimal storage temperature is between 8 and 10°C. To preserve its quality, the wine should be protected from direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. The aging potential is at least 10 - 15 years. |
